Essential Coordination

Perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day.

Included:

  • Up to 6 hours of wedding day coordination

  • One pre-wedding planning meeting

  • Timeline review

  • Vendor confirmation two weeks before the wedding

  • Coordination of the ceremony and reception

  • Management of the wedding day timeline

  • Distribution of personal items (bouquet, boutonnières, guest book, etc.)

  • Emergency kit available throughout the event

  • Lead coordinator onsite

  • Unlimited email communication beginning 30 days before the wedding

Signature Coordination

 $1,295

Designed for couples who would like additional support leading up to the wedding and assistance with personal décor setup.

Included:

  • Everything in the Essential Coordination Package

  • Up to 8 hours of wedding day coordination

  • Custom wedding day timeline creation

  • One month of vendor communication and confirmations

  • One ceremony rehearsal (up to 1 hour)

  • Setup of personal décor, including:

    • Welcome table

    • Guest book table

    • Memorial table

    • Card & gift table

    • Dessert table

    • Seating chart

    • Favors

    • Signage

    • Other personal décor provided by the couple

  • Assistant coordinator, if needed based on guest count and logistics

  • Final venue walkthrough ($125 ifee and must be scheduled during the coordination period)

Luxury Coordination

Our most comprehensive coordination package for couples who want complete peace of mind throughout their wedding day.

Included:

  • Everything in the Signature Coordination Package

  • Up to 9 hours of wedding day coordination

  • Extended ceremony rehearsal (up to 90 minutes)

  • Comprehensive month-of vendor management

  • Detailed custom wedding timeline creation and distribution

  • Full setup of personal décor and ceremony décor

  • Coordination of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

  • Management of vendor arrivals, setup, and event flow

  • Assistance with wedding party and family throughout the day

  • Emergency kit available throughout the event

  • Lead coordinator and assistant coordinator

  • Documentary-style behind-the-scenes wedding video

  • Collection and organization of personal décor and belongings at the end of the evening (time permitting)

  • Additional coordination hours available for $75 per hour

Strike Team Services

Professional setup and breakdown for couples who don’t need a coordinator but want their wedding beautifully executed.

Set Up Only

We arrive during a scheduled 3-hour setup window to professionally style and prepare your wedding before guests arrive.

Includes:

  • Setup of personal décor, Ceremony décor (if applicable), Reception décor,Welcome table,e

  • Dessert table, Table numbers, Centerpieces, Memorial table, Seating chart, Favors, Signage

  • Final styling and detail placement

Set Up & Breakdown

Everything included in the Set Up Only package, plus we return after the event to pack and organize your décor.

Includes:

  • Complete décor setup

  • Return for end-of-night breakdown

  • Packing personal décor into designated containers

  • Collecting signage, candles, table décor, and personal items

  • Organizing décor for pickup

Complete Event Reset

Includes:

  • Everything in the Set Up & Breakdown Package

  • Clearing personal décor from tables

  • Collecting trash from décor areas

  • Bagging trash
