Maria was my day-of coordinator for my wedding in October of 2025 and I couldn't imagine my wedding without her! She jumped in less than a month until my wedding because I foolishly thought I could coordinate the day of my wedding and I am so glad I decided to go with Maria.
She is thorough and so easy to work with. As soon as I got off the phone with her the first time we chatted, I already felt less stressed. Maria made the whole process seamless and she was SO attentive before and during my wedding day. I did not have to worry about a thing during my wedding. A lot of my guests complimented her and her work.
My wedding day was so beautiful and perfect all thanks to Maria. She would check in on me and my husband to make sure we were fed and check in on the timeline. Maria beyond exceeded our expectations. Her business is destined for big things. Book her while you can.

Maria and her team are the BOMB! I had so much anxiety over how my wedding day was going to progress when I was the one planning everything and I decided to give in and get some help for my day-of coordination and I called Maria. As soon as I spoke with her, her confidence and communication with me was so great I immediately felt at ease. Explaining to her my vision, showing her the timelines I had put together all the way down to the placement of decor and order of music during the ceremony, nothing phased her. She had great suggestions to help bring my vision to life, and she never left me on read or without answers.
When a situation had come up and she needed to adjust her team's schedule and get me a replacement coordinator, she had a backup coordinator, Catherine, ready to go, who had already been debriefed on my hopes and dreams and was ready to make my visions come true. Catherine came through with the same amount of confidence, was so kind, genuine and patient with me, I was so thankful!!! Always responsive and always ready to go with the flow! This is the energy you WANT at your wedding!
When my bartenders backed out at the last minute, Maria had her team of bartenders ready to go! When I wanted a different song for every single person in my ceremony, Catherine was ready to go with every song and cue for the DJ. When I urgently needed water as I was hiding waiting to walk down the aisle, she came running down the dirt road from the farmhouse venue to bring me water! When I decided to change up the dances and the schedule because we just wanted to, Catherine kept her smile and made it happen!
I would recommend Maria and her team for any event, hands down! They are the greatest team of coordinators who work well with each other, with couples, and with guests! :D

The team at Magic by Maria is indescribable, but an experience. Trying to put my time with them into words,
I would definitely say they understood the level of care and detail I wanted to be mindful of during my wedding
process. I was fortunate enough to notice their ad on my IG account and saw they had a package deal that
included a photobooth and day of coordination team, as well as weekly check-ins the month leading up to the
bigday. I worked with Maria leading up to the event and she was so fantastic and accommodating to a lot of our
needs. We worked together to design our own photobooth layout, pick the backdrop and go through a checklist of
itemssuch as centerpiece progress, bar selection and set up organization. The day of my wedding,
I worked with Catherine and Gia as my coordinators. Without a doubt, my wedding would not have been
as successful if not for these two working the venue. They were attentive to my timeline, my needs
(from things as big as procession organization to giving me claw clip), and my guests' needs (adapting the timeline
to vibes of the room. After the wedding, so many people asked me about them because they made themselves
appear everywhere! Calvin was the one who operated the photobooth and could not be more grateful. He was
amazing at keeping the photobooth line moving so everyone can have a chance to take their pictures, supplies props
that were so cute and went to extra mile in a particular aspect. I had an idea to have a scrapbook, glue sticks and
sharpies for guests to gift a copy of their photos to us and Calvin, Gia and Catherine took care to glue pictures when
the guests could not. This family business really made sure my now-husband and I were taken care of and had
nothing to worry about. I really do hope for such great success for Magic by Maria and would work with them
again on future events! My friends and family all requested their information and for anyone that reads this review,
I would give them 20 stars out of 5--a full five stars for each individual of the team that I worked with!!!

I used Maria for my July 2024 wedding and her team was great!
I did have an unconventional mostly DIY and family
executed wedding, so I understand that I wasn't the most organized client compared to those who have caterers and many vendors.
My wedding was bilingual, and Maria had Cristina (who spoke Spanish) lead my wedding day, but communications were primarily through Maria.
Maria was great with communications and taking my calls/text
regarding the wedding planning. Cristina and team were amazing with executing the details and keeping us on track the entire day.
Even though things on my end weren't super organized, I commend the Magic by Maria Team for executing our wedding the best they could! Guests loved everything, and it was such a great blend of cultures. If you are having
a DIY wedding, I totally recommend working with Maria and team because they are able to adapt to your vision even if things go wrong. Thank you to this team! If you are in the Bay Area and looking for a commendable day of coordinator I definitely recommend this service!

From the very first time connecting with Magic By Maria Events I knew I had made the right choice.
Maria was so excited to work with me and my wedding ideas.
The month before our wedding phone call helped us tremendously.
Maria knew what questions to ask and what information I needed to know.
Day of the wedding Maria and Justice were on it! They helped finish setting up the tables, dessert area, sweet hearts table, attend to guests and vendors, stick to our timelines and so much more. After realizing I forgot Gel for my son's hair, they went out to find some and bring it back to me.
Calling our main food vendor repeatedly when he had not shown up on time and we were close to dinner time.
When the A/C shut off, they found the right person to help turn it back on.
The communication, the knowledge, the great attitudes was such a bonus.
Thank you so much for making my ideas a reality and for making our day even that more special!

Maria immediately made me less stressed the first moment we chatted on the phone about the wedding . She took care of so many details with all the vendors , making sure they had everything submitted to the Venue on time .
​Also she was in constant contact with them to make sure everyone was on time and prepared. She helped us with decorating. When dinner time came she organized everyone. She walked around during dinner and asked the family if she could get them a drink or refill water. Also got a dinner plate for my little boy .
She gave us a timeline that she made sure everyone followed so the wedding went seamlessly! She the most sweet and kind person on top of all her professionalism! Highly recommended her!
